For Information: Cyndee Wooley C2 Communications P: 239-571-3174 Robert Ayres Miracle Limbs-Courage In Motion P: 239-591-8393 Miracle Limbs-Courage In Motion Announces 2nd Annual Bike Ride The 2nd Annual Miracle Limbs-Courage in Motion Bike Ride will be help on March 6th, 2010 at North Collier Regional Park in Naples, Fl. On-site registration will begin at 6:30 AM with the first ride starting at 7:00 AM and staggered starting for the rest of the rides. The event will feature a 2 mile family fun ride through the park, 10, 28, 42, and 62 mile city rides and a new 4.8 mile timed trial ride. Registration Fee: $35/rider 11 years and older $10/ride per non-rider Free 10 and under *Registration incles a free t-shirt, power breakfast, lunch buffet, children's bike safety clinic and activities - fully supported SAG stops and a prothetist for amutee rider support The bike ride will kick off with the International Hotel Travel Auction Dinner at the Hilton Naples Towers on Friday, March 5th where attendees will be able to bid on exclusive national and international hotel stays around the world. Registration for the dinner is $75.00 per person and is open to both riders and non-riders. The goal if this years silent auction dinner is to raise $75,000 to continue the work of the Miracle Limbs Foundation in providing support to Florida amputees. At the heart of this year's ride will be Jamarion Styles, a six-year-old from West Palm Beach who lost both of his arms as an infant. A portion of the proceeds will help Jamarion's family purchase myoelectric arms that will cost approximately $46,000.
